Video Reference

Video reference is so important for animation, especially if you can perform the actions yourself to feel the movements. This is one I did for Class 3 in Animation Mentor- got an awful bruise from the fall, but it was fun to do!!

Re-doing video reference is key to obtaining a great shot, this one was probably the best out of at least 20 I did, probably because I fell down harder than I thought I would LOL

AM Class 3

This is an animated clip which I did in Class 3 for Animation Mentor, my teacher was Mike Gasaway, who has directed episodes of The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Back at the Barnyard and Planet Sheen.

The rig I used is called Yomm from AnimationRigs, and was available for students at AM along with the Lenny rig.

These are 2 art pieces- oil on canvas, created in 2009

Sir Kenneth De Lupis ( I used an old photo from the early 1900s for inspiration on the suit )

Cougar in Suit ( more of a modern look )
